13 HANDS, aka Dalien is a 2006 Grammy nominated musician/singer-songwriter vision is to inspire musically and share the wisdom about the human body and the importance of stress management. Through his music (an integration of ambient folk, alt. rock, instrumental and world, cultural & meditation), Dalien offers health/wellness/public speaking, stress management programs and other various education initiatives.Collegiate Offerings:

1. Singer/songwriter concert/ coffeehouse concert a 1 1/2 hr concert of songs from his Grammy nominated CD, “The Johnny Introspective” Stories, world music and inspiring tales woven in as well!

2. Lecture presentation - “Stress Management 101″ an 1 1/2 hour presentation on the effects of stress on the mind and body. Tools and real life strategies are given to inspire and better equip students to handle their stress.

3. Combination platter: Stress Management 101 w/ the Rock N Roll Yoga Jedi Knight Dalien. This 2 1/2 hr comedic & experiential lecture in handling and identifying stress. Designed for a small theater space, there are interactive exercises and experiences for students to participate in that demonstrate how useful these “real life” tools can be.
